The National Association of Distinguished Counsel (NADC) has recognized Hugh Donaghue, founding partner of law firm Donaghue & Labrum, as one of the Nation’s Top One Percent of attorneys in the United States.
The NADC’s mission is to highlight attorneys who represent the legal profession with the highest standards of conduct and competence. The organization maintains rigorous standards for inclusion and applies the absolute highest level of selectivity in applying its “Nation’s Top One Percent” category.
The NADC’s Selection Process for the Top One Percent of Attorneys
The nomination and vetting procedures for inclusion in the list of the NADC Nation’s Top One Percent of Attorneys are stringent. Once an attorney is submitted for consideration, NADC researchers undertake an exhaustive research process, considering all available resources on an attorney’s professionalism, conduct, success rates, client satisfaction, peer recommendations, leadership and community involvement, case outcomes, personal standards, and more. Subsequently, a group of independent attorneys and former judges considers each candidate and selects only those who most epitomize the highest ideals of the legal profession.

Mr. Donaghue – A Personal Injury Lawyer Awarded Multiple Honors
A graduate of St. Joseph’s University and Delaware Law School, Mr. Donaghue has been practicing law for more than 25 years. His areas of expertise include personal injury law, medical malpractice, products liability, and nursing home abuse, among others.
