The National Trial Lawyers Selection Process for Top 40 Under 40
This prestigious award evaluates top trial attorneys under the age of 40 in terms of professional performance, local reputation, and industry ratings. Selection for the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 award is rigorous and highly competitive. Extended by invitation only to peer-nominated top trial lawyers who practice civil plaintiff or criminal defense law, candidates are thoroughly vetted through a multi-phase process that includes outside research and evaluation.
“We are quite pleased with the recognition Tyler has already earned from his peers, even at a relatively early stage in his career,” said Hugh Donaghue, a partner in the firm. “He is extraordinarily talented and has proven to be a tremendous addition to the Donaghue & Labrum team, even from the days he spent with us as a clerk while still in law school.”
