Tyler J. Therriault, Esquire, an associate with Donaghue & Labrum in Media and West Chester, PA, has again been named a Rising Star by PA Super Lawyers.
Only 2.5 percent of all Pennsylvania attorneys who have been in practice for 10 years or less receive this honor. The Super Lawyer – Rising Star designation is awarded to lawyers based on a highly competitive, 12-step process that has actually been patented to ensure that earning the award is a true and accurate assessment of the attorneys who receive it.
“I am certainly pleased to receive the Super Lawyer designation,” said Mr. Therriault. “I am very passionate about my work, so I strongly appreciate the recognition of my efforts from my peers. With that said, fighting on behalf of my clients is always a reward in itself.”
PA Super Lawyers Selection Process for Pennsylvania Rising Stars
The Super Lawyer program is recognized throughout the legal community as an excellent benchmark of how lawyers measure up. Attorneys enter the Super Lawyer candidate pool by peer nomination through a managing partner survey, via third party feedback, or after being identified by the PA Super Lawyers research team.
Candidates are then evaluated in 12 areas to assess professional achievement and peer recognition. The evaluation includes verdicts and settlements, transactions, client representation, legal experience, special licenses and certifications, position within the firm, bar, and professional activity, pro bono and community service, scholarly lectures and writing, education and employment background, and any other outstanding achievements that further serve to distinguish the candidate.
“We are exceptionally proud of Tyler and the recognition that he continues to receive,” said Hugh Donaghue, one of the firm’s partners. “Clearly he deserves it. I will also say that awards like this reflect the commitment to excellence in the practice of law that we as a firm commit to every day. It’s clear to anyone who has worked with Tyler and particularly to those he represents what an outstanding attorney and fine young gentleman he really is.”
